Who is lifestyle transformation coaching for?

Both have been victims of diet and extreme exercise culture.

The Process

1. APPLY

Fill out our application! Once we receive it and we believe you are a good fit for us (and us for you) we will set up a free consultation call

2. CONSULTATION CALL

On this 30 minute video call you will talk with us about your goals and we will go exactly what your experience will be like with us.

3. SIGN UP

After the call if we all are a good fit, you will officially start coaching! This is the start is a RELATIONSHIP and we need to be a good match!

4. LIFESTYLE AND MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT

Fill out an in depth questionnaire about your fitness, nutrition and lifestyle past and present. Complete a movement assessment so we have a better understanding of your strengths, weaknesses, and imbalances.

5. ONBOARDING

Receive a detailed onboarding e-book and video from your coach explaining your plan in detail.

6. START YOUR PROGRAM

Your fitness and nutrition program is customized to you and your goals. We meet you exactly where you are at.

7. WEEKLY CHECK IN

Fill out a personalized questionnaire to assess your progress, adherence, mindset, goals, biofeedback and everything in between we feel that YOU need.

8. CHECK IN CALLS

Face to face calls as needed where we talk about the most important pieces of your check ins and progress. Where we answer all your questions and educate you on the WHY behind what you are doing.

9. 24/7 SUPPORT

Text access to your coach whenever you need extra help, accountability, or have any questions! We love getting THE MOST communication from our clients!

How long of a commitment do I need to make?

The minimum commitment we currently require is 6 months. Anything shorter than that will not give you the tools to sustain long term results. No quick fixes here, we play the long game.


Will I have to get a gym membership or can I workout from home?

It depends on your goals, experience, and what equipment you have at home. If you have absolutely no equipment, you may need to get a couple of things if you want to workout at home.


How many days per week will I have to train?

Our goal with every client is

minimal investment, maximum return.

You will not have to spend crazy hours in the gym, and miss out on life to get results. The actual amount of days you will train is largely dependant on you, your goals, and your time! Training should fit into your life, you shouldn't have to force your entire life around training.

What is the investment?

Our current prices match the online coaching industry standard and vary depending on the time commitment, and the payment option you choose. All packages will be discussed upon a consultation call.

What format are my training programs in?

Your training programs are on our TrueCoach app! You will see your workouts with videos of every exercise here. In the app you will track your workouts and are able to look back at prior to ensure you are progressing properly. You will also be able to send us videos of yourself performing the exercises for form check.

Do I have to weigh my food and track macros?

No, we have a number of different approaches we take with our nutrition clients. Some weigh and track everything, others use more intuitive methods. It all depends on you!

Will I be working with both coaches?

Both of our eyes are on everything. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality training and nutrition programs possible for our clients and this is part of why. You will have one main “coach” who you will have 24/7 text access to and will complete check in calls with you. If you have a preference as to whom, you can select on the application. If not, we can all decide who is best fit!

Do I need to have previous experience with lifting weights to work with you?

No. We will meet you wherever you are at on your journey, even if you are a complete beginner to strength training!

Do I have to weigh my food and track macros?

No, we have a number of different approaches we take with our nutrition clients. Some weigh and track everything, others use more intuitive methods. It all depends on you!
